breakfast: I haven't eaten... I don't know if I will. I snacked so late last night I don't feel real hungry

lunch: Probably make some sandwiches. Chicken for Scott, another tomato basil pizza griller for me. Maybe some mac n cheese to go with it, since the baby likes that...

supper: dijon split chicken breasts, white rice, green beans...

if I snack today, it'll be a yogurt. yum.

I've had a Little Debbie brownie and a protein snack stick thing. Dinner is pork steak (and chicken broccoli casserole for me! Woohoo!) and something. I don't know what. I don't make lunch on Sundays ... people are on their own.

Breakfast - We woke up kinda late and decided to split my leftover pasta from going out to lunch yesterday. It was sweet chili linquini, it's got this awesome cream sauce that's just a little sweet and it's topped with blackened chicken. One of the best things I've ever put my mouth around and more than worth the $8 for a plate that's big enough for 2 meals.

Snack - pizza rolls

no lunch to speak of

supper - we just ate sandwhiches, I'm still a little hungry. I'm trying to decide between toast or ice cream.

I tried the baked version last night. Yum!

This psot should be more like what I'm not eating. I've been eating something like every 2-3 hours or else I feel like I am going to throw up! And the worst part is, the thing that makes me feel better-bread, cereal, etc. All carbs! The things that make me gain the most weight!!! AUGH!!!

I love the baked version! I made it into sub rolls and it worked out very nicely!

Thanks for figuring out how to bake it rather than fry it!

YAY! I'm glad you both liked it. I know my family loves both. I prefer baked, though, because it reduces the fat a LOT.
