Of course, they didn't have the freaking crest I wanted. So instead I got a 12 pack of Scott--as if I need that! But there wasn't anything else I wanted... at least I use Scott.

I got an 8-roll pack of VIVA
12 roll pack of Scott
1 stick of 24/7 speed stick for ladies
2 colgate total

total (with sale prices) should have been: 20.95 plus tax. I had a 4/20 coupon, .50 VIVA coupon, 2.00 Scott coupon, .75 speed stick coupon, two 1.50 colgate coupons, and used 9.00 in EB's. I could have used my other 2.00 EB, but he said he'd have to adjust it down to 1.70 because that was my subtotal. I said no thanks. I kept it. I paid 2.26 OOP. More than I would have with the other sale, but oh well... I got back 7.00 in EB, still have my 2.00 EB, so I can roll them later on...

I need to find some crest. Scott's almost out, and that's all he uses!

I hate having to change the plan in the middle of it. Sorry it didn't work out the way you wanted. Is it a specific type of Crest or just Crest in general that he uses?

I just got back from CVS too, and I was disappointed as well. The only things I was able to get were the batteries and the palmalive dish soap. And my kids were being HORRIBLE in the store. I'll probably try another one later tonight or in the morning.

he'll use any crest, but I'd really like to snag that freebie this month and use my coupies to get paid for them. They better have some eventually this month... dangit.

I also hate having to shift gears mid-shopping, yet another reason why I can't delegate shopping duties around here. No one else would have any idea what to do.

Nice job, less than $3, though.

Switching mid gears when you have a kid that wants to get home and see daddy is terrible! I see my shopping trips diminishing as the weather gets cooler bc I don't think I will want toget him in and out of the car in freezing weather (or myself for that matter!). We've had crazy weather this week...near 90 the past few days...today's high-low 70s..tomorrow-56!
