I found this article on babycheapskate.blogspot.com
DALLAS, Oct. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) today announced that its consumer tissue and baby and child care businesses are notifying customers of plans to raise prices in the U.S. during the first quarter of 2008. The company said the increases are necessary to offset significant inflationary pressure from higher raw material and energy costs.
Prices for Cottonelle and Scott bathroom tissue, Viva and Scott paper towels, Huggies diapers, Pull-Ups training pants, Goodnites youth pants and Huggies Little Swimmers swimpants will increase between 4 and 7 percent effective February 3, 2008.
Who knows if it's true, but I guess I should be happy I have about 20 packs of the next sized diapers in my little guy's closet! Hopefully, even if the regular price increases, the sale prices will remain the same. I'm pretty sure no one here pays regular price for Huggies!
I guess I should use my other card and get more VIVA.
Although... I really like the bounty I got. I have three packs of that, a pack of VIVA, and a couple rolls left from my other pack of VIVA, so I'm set for a little while, at least... and I'm not hurting too much if I don't find VIVA on sale--I'll just get bounty.
