question for u

how do u ship ur cakes?

my cousin asked me to bake her some cookies and brownies( college startving student type) and ship them to her. i dont know how to ship foods to her.. can i ship it in a flat rate box? and just make sure there is alot of cushion and padding or what?

For those.... I would buy the cheap disposable/reusable containers (gladware etc) and put them in a box. If you can fit them in a flat rate box, that's a major bonus. I would then pad the box with bubble wrap or newspaper around the containers to keep them from moving around too much and fill the containers FULL. Definitely go with Priority Mail so that they are still fresh when they arrive

would i be able to just buy one of the disposable cookie alumin trays- bake the brownies on that and just put a cover on and place it in the box? am trying to think of the best way to get it down to her.

Yup!! Bake them in the disposable pans and then put the cookies in the gladware-type container! The key is just securing them so that when they throw the box across the room, there isn't much wiggle room
