Get one packed of active dry yeast and mix it with 1c water. Then add in this order 1 tbsp of oil 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt and 3 cups of flour. mix it into a dough and then kneed it. Then in another small bowl put a little oil in the bottom and put the ball of dough in there and let it rise for 40 minutes. Put saran wrap on top and sit the bowl on a warm surface like your oven...turn it on for a bit Then after its done its 40 minutes roll it out into a retangle shape. Add cheese pepperoni or w/e in the middle. I put motz cheese and pepperoni and oregeno and sauce. Then I put oil around the edges to seal it up. After you roll it up make slits in the top for the steam to come out and then rub a little oil on the top and add salt and pepper and oregeno. I baked it for about 30-40 minuttes @ 375. Just keep checking it...you will know when its done. Dont over due the sauce either you dont want tooo much in there...
