I know! What's up with that?! I had seen a preview a couple weeks ago and was not interested one bit. I don't really know why WAG doesn't concentrate more on their RR program instead of crappy rebates that nobody wants. The ES has gone downhill lately. I would love for them to introduce a loyalty card like everyone else. Then maybe they'd have really great deals like CVS. I just don't see them competing with CVS and winning.

I was looking at their ad today and they did have a pretty decent P&G deal going on with those store coupons. But I would never do it. Why would I pay even $5 or so OOP when I could go to CVS, spend a buck or two, and walk away with twice as much stuff and/or EB's to boot? I've gotten sooo spoiled with my CVS. I never shop at WAG anymore.

I went and looked after I mentioned it in another thread and was disappointed too. The only thing that looks good is Excedrin. On sale for 3.99-2 coupon =1.99 with $3 rebate. 3.30 if you use the gc, but then you have your stamp. I just don't feel like going through the hassle of filling everything out, copy it, wait and wait and wait for a few bucks. And having to stop and get it too! Especially since it doesn't look like I'll be going for anything else!

I forgot to even pick a book up today. I did do some shopping there though. I got some dimatapp on sale for $4-$2 and got back $4 in RRs. Then I got 3 12 packs of Pepsi for $8.99-$4RR from the dimatapp.

I just glanced through the ad again. I have 2 $1 off Dimetapp coupons. I may have to do this to get $2 of free stuff! And I have my GC still so it won't cost any OOP.

Does anyone know if you use the RR on the same deal does it still not print the next RR?

Hmmm, I'm contemplating doing this, except I don't know if I want to pay anything for Pepsi right now. I have about 25 12pks stacked up in my kitchen. I'm so spoiled by CVS. That's a really good deal though. It would be $2 on the first transaction and $4.99 on the second right? So $2.33 a 12pk? Hmmm, thinking.

Well, I see it as $1.66 a 12 pack because I am willing to spend $2 on Dimatapp .

Oh, true! Do they make infant dimetapp though? If not it would have to have a REALLY long expiration date for me to be able to use it. Otherwise, I'll just end up giving it away.

Oh! Or is it like Tylenol and the only difference between infant and children's is dosage?

I guess I could take it...you know I'm supposed to be taking my decongestants according to our MIL right .

Seriously, I probably COULD take it if I got a cold but I have a bunch of Robitussim from a CVS deal and I already gave my Mom some Dimetapp for the kids from another CVS deal and you are getting your own Dimetapp so I'm still thinking, lol.

I would take children's Dimetapp myself, especially if it were free. The only real difference is dosage, and so long as I can find the amount of active ingredient, I can compensate. I'm a break the rules kind of girl, though.

I will agree that the ES has gone to pot. No freebies? ***? Who on earth wants non-freebies? Grrrrr. Come on Walgreens, I honestly don't like CVS that much. I want to like you. Give me a reason.
