Ok, this year is ending with a bang. I swear this is my most expensive year EVER! And to end it right, our hot water heater broke. Now it is costing us $410 to replace it. Luckily it is under warranty so we are only paying labor. Otherwise it would be well over $900. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, 2007, you can go now. BUH-BYE!

That's a huge bummer, Sonja. I totally agree that 2007 needs to be over and done. It hasn't been a good year at all. 11 hours and counting, doll, and we can just start over.

Sorry about the water heater. I absolutely agree that this year has been one big suckfest on the whole. I'll be happy to see the end. Next year has got to be better for all of us.

Oh man, thank God ours did not do that. We caught it before it totally and completely busted. We could have changed the thermostat again for the 4 or 5th time in 10months. Oh and it ended up costing us $510 cause we added a maintaince thing. They will come out and completely service our a/c 2 times a year for that. It was worth it cause the a/c has not been serviced since the house was built 2yrs ago. And it sat empty for a year and a half.
