It depends on the manager. It's up to their discretion. I personally haven't had a problem buying out the supply in the store. I got five at once on Tuesday because that was the limit on one card. So the manager let me do it. I find it helpful to ask how many they'll allow. Some are reluctant to sell out the store to one person so I think it helps to appeal to their sense of authority by asking permission first. It never hurts to ask.
Yes, you need either the $30 manuf. coupons or the $50 CVS coupons from the diabetes booklets found at the pharmacy counters. Without the coupons, you'd still get it for free plus tax technically because you'd pay $9.99 and get back $9.99 but then there'd be no point in doing it unless you just actually wanted the monitors.
