Ingred:::: 1 Roll of Sausage or Diced Ham
2 cups Chedder cheese~ Shredded
12 Eggs
1 cup of Milk
8 slices of Bread slices
Salt & Pepper
1 tb.sp. Butter

Fry Sausage or Ham~ Drain
Beat eggs , add milk, add salt & pepper to taste........Dip bread slices in beaten eggs & milk.

Butter glass baking pan........Put layer of sausage or ham on bottom. Add egg covered bread slices, pour any left over beaten eggs over the slices.........layer of more sausage....then a layer of shredded chedder........More layers can be added. Depending on how thick you like it.
My kids do not like onions or bell peppers in theirs. But, I have made it with onions & bell peppers for myself before. Good added flavors.

BAKE AT 350* for about 30 minutes. Oven settings very.
Take out when fully cooked........Slices real nice! ENJOY!

( I like it with salsa poured over it after I serve myself)

Kids like this! Very easy dish!
