6 eggs
1/4 cup of milk (makes the eggs fluffy)
pinch of salt and pepper
Chedder or Jack Cheese (or both)
1/4 minced fresh jalepeno pepper
1/4 cup of minced white onion
butter
heat skillet on med-high and melt a dab of butter
whip eggs milk, salt and pepper together and pour into pan... reduce heat... when half way cooked add jalepeno and onion. when cooked all the way add chunks of cheese...let melt and enjoy
