No because I've not trained them that way. I don't condone excited behavior as it isn't stable behavior.

Yep! My dog knows "Ride" as well. I think she speaks (well understands, lol) English or something because she hears all these words in casual conversation and her ears just perk up. She knows: ride, truck, walk, W-A-L-K, wanna go, food, hungry, eat/treat, grandma and grandpa, mommy, daddy.... You can also ask her where something is, "Where's your toy?" and she'll go find it.

They all know treat, ride, & walk. They don't get crazy when they hear these words, but they definitely perk up and pay special attention. Our lab/mastiff Baci Bear also knows the names of some of his favorite toys and will get the one you ask for.
