I end up walking this small male dog whose not neutered so I'm wondering can a male dog whose not neutered have some strong odor to get on you when your around them even by petting especially holding on to them because lately whenever ever I'm around him I just seem to think I smell after I get done walking him .

If so then how can I avoid the smell to be so strong as like to be a more better smell as in a week our cousins will be coming to town and I don't want them to be going ewww your really stinky !

Well first off, I'd just recommend getting him neutered. But no, as far as I know there's no smell that they can "put on you" unless you're getting some type of anal gland secretion on you or urine on you that you are not aware of. Could just be that he smells bad due to food or a health issue or just being dirty and that smell is getting onto you. But other than that, no. Maybe ask your spouse/SO or someone else who lives with you if they feel you smell odd. Sometimes it's just in our noses.
