Please sign this petition. For those in the Military who are changing duty stations in the Pacific (I personally am in Japan, with two cats), this change could mean paying about $1,440 to $3,869 to fly with an animal back to the United States, depending on its size. Help make this end before it begins!

I do not sign online petitions as most are not legal anyway due to the high potential for fraud. If you can get an actual postal address, I'd be happy to write and mail a postal letter.
