My dog used to do that with our couch, and we put coins in a can, and put them on the couch, everytime he would jump up the noise would scare him. Maybe you could put some on the table, so when your dog jumps up the noise will scare her, and she'll eventually stop.
I would try taking her to a training class and/or asking a local trainer in your area if there is anything you can do at home to keep her from doing it. No, the answer definitely is NOT that you just have to live with it, that's the entire point of training an animal, so that they will be well behaved and listen not only to their owner but anyone in the household. Best of luck to you!
you could also try keeping a water bottle nearby and squirt her nose with it when she does that but with a lab ,i'm not sure if it'll work since they love water anyway, she may think it's a game but it's worth a try
