So I have my dog chained up outside causethe last couple of days it has been POORING RAIN and snowing at random. It has all dried up with the sun today. So I figure he needs to get out and play. Well I hear this high pitch yappy bark and then his bark over top of it. I walk outside and this girl is running around my car port trying to collect her little dog! My dog is going NUTS chocking himself! He hasnt been the same since he was hit. So her dog was hiding under the cars and I had to calm down neato. Well he jumps and the only way to get him to stop was to pull him on my lap... Here I am all fat in a SKIRT bending down with him on my lap. I have 9 skratchs on one arm 5 on the other, a coupe on my legs and I am COVERED in mud!!!!

The girl laughed about it! and walked up to her son and said I didnt know there was a dog over there as if its ok to have her dog off a leash. She didnt act sorry at all!

That would really p*ss me off. If you know her you could report her. (I am a wee bit vindictive if you couldn't tell)

If I see her dog off a leash again I am going to! I just got rid of the girl next door who didnt believe her dog needed a leash!!! It drives me OFF THE WALL! Why is it that people with small dogs or overly large dogs believe they dont need leashes!?! and why cant there dogs get hit by UPS trucks and not mine
