You know, me too, but I've started taking things back or complaining to teh company. I have found it saves me so much money! I bought a Kong Snugga Wubba, thing is a POS so I wrote a letter to Kong and told them just that. They don't give refunds on those but they offered to either replace it for me one time or send me some Kong coupons. I took the coupons and then the took the product back to PetSmart and they refunded my money in full no questions asked! So really, I'm sick of companies making crappy products and then charging an arm and a leg for it. That particular Kong lasted 3-4 hours in my home, all it is is 2 tennis ball type balls covered with a flannel casing basically, dang thing was $10 and lasted no more than 4 hours! So yeah, take things back, contact the company, etc you'd be surprised how much $$ it saves you!

You can still contact them. I didn't need to send it in in order to get the coupons or the replacement. they offered to replace it one time or send me coupons for x amount of dollars off certain Kong products. But at least let them know maybe if they get enough complaints they'll fix the problem. The thing was cheap quality IMO and their response was it isn't for chewing it's meant to be a throw and retrieve toy, which IMO is BS, a dog will chew toys regardless and they need to be made to withstand that. But anyway, yeah contact Kong I didn't need any info other than the fact that I purchased it and it sucks LoL.

A throw and retrieve toy?? lol Its a Kong its supposed to be indistuctable! I got it cuz it was fabric and Casper likes fabric toys but he chews them up easily so I thought a fabric kong would be great.. no such luck. he even tears up the tuff toys that are fabric
