a baby cockatiel ... isn't he just gorgeous????

the ONLY reason I didn't buy him was because my sister reminded me that Walter wouldn't be amused at all with another bird at all since he's usually on me in the bedroom out of his cage as long as I'm home

He's adorable! I used to have Cockatiel's, and they are the only bird I was not terrified of... So sweet!
