I know that *most* of us will have a newborn on Halloween. It could be so much fun!!
Any ideas for costumes yet, or pictures to share? If you have other kids, share their past costumes too!
Last year was DD's first, and she was a pea in the pod. I don't have any ideas so far though. If the baby was a boy, we were going to dress him up like James Dean (as his name would have been Dean..) but no ideas for a newborn girl.

That pic is so cute! I don't know what my little guy is gonna be. It depends how big he is when he's born partly. I don't want him to be swimming in a costume.

I've thought about it but I'm not sure yet. I'm not due until 10/28 so there's no guarantee she'll be here or out of the hospital by Halloween. Most likely at most she'll only be a few days old so not much is going to fit her.
I do have a little long sleeved onesie that says little pumpkin.

I have a dinosaur costume from last year that I made. It's super fuzzy and comfy and looks like a little kid costume. If by chance Echo makes it here before Halloween I will be dressing her in a green onsie and crafting and egg out of felt to put over her baby carrier.

That is such a cute costume, and of course your dd is adorable, too. I am at a loss for what to dress Ryan as. I love themed costumes and have been planning to dress my kids as little miss muffit (s/p) and the spider for 2yrs. I have the costumes already and everything, but there isn't really anything that I can dress the baby as that will coordinate.

Breana was goofy last year.
I have a butterfly costume or an eyore costume left over so that is what this one will be.

You could dress the baby as another spider.
I love themed cosutmes too and my son is obsessed with Star Wars right now. We'll all be Star Wars themed this year. Baby will be Yoda, my daughter will be Princess Leia, DH-Darth Vader, I will be Padme (Queen Amidala), and my son isn't sure who he wants to be, sometimes it's Bobo Fett othertimes it's CP3O. I want him to be Luke Skywalker.

Abby will be here and I'll be doing a theme. My oldest will be a butterfly (hopefully), Emily will be a flower (already have that costume) and Abby will be a catapillar.

Last year at Target, they had the cutest warm sleepers that could pass as a costume, so if they have those again, I will just get one of those. I plan on taking my older kids out, so the baby will be in my carrier, and not really view-able.

Aww, cute. I usually just do a cute outfit for the ones under 2 yrs instead of a costume.

My husband is from Iowa so I have picked out a corn cob outfit for Annabelle. We will dress as farmers. I just hope they get them back in stock before halloween.

hmmmm I think she'll just be in a themed onesie. I'd just be so upset to have her spit up/mess up the costume that I spent money on (and probably before anyone rings the doorbell She'll have to wait a year to participate!

you could do a spider or a tuffet. I was thinking there has to be mushroom or toadstool outfits.

Last year we got him a cow costume cause we went late so they didnt have much left
