I had a really hard time getting weight off after having dd. For me bf'ing was NOT my friend. lol

I only lost 8 pounds after having her - and she weighed 8 1/2! lol No matter how hard I tried I couldn't lose anymore until she was eating three meals a day of solids. Then the weight started to come off without even trying.

I lost half my baby weight, then got pregnant with Josiah.

This time around I lost about 26 pounds, but still have 7 pounds to go and I'm 100% sure those 7 pounds will remain until he starts eating solids as well. I am just trying really hard not to gain any weight as that seems to be how my body reacts to making milk. You're not alone!

I'm moving pretty slow too, in the weightloss dept. I started at 152 and last weighed in at 205. I am 3 wks PP and only down to 175 ... I feel like I have a long way to go (my newly acquired belly is telling me the same thing .. ugh!)

Sorry you haven't lost all the weight. It will come off. Don't stress about it.

I had no problem loosing the baby weight, I think I was all baby.

But it is hard for to loose the extra weight I want to

Don't worry it will come off soon I'm sure. I have lost a lot considering I did gain any but I don't really feel like it. I love seeing the numbers but my belly is really flabby. It was flabby to begin with but it is even worse now. Blah!

I am with you hun!
From the time I was 16 until June of '08 I was about 186-190
finally bc of drugs, I lost a lot, and got down to about sickly 150.
I got clean in Sept. dieted and exercised and was able to maintain that until turkeyday
Between the holidays and my bday I was up to 171 by the time I had my 1st prenatal appt.
I was 188 when I delivered and dropped down to 178 by 1 week PP.

I am currently 188 again, which is my avg normal weight.

I have been eating super healthy, but enough calories to keep BFing going strong and been working out 5 days a week for the last 2 weeks and nada. a total of .4- lbs as of today, but that changes daily on the wii sometimes its + sometimes its -
