I write down things that I do not want to forget and then I get whatever else I want too.

I am trying to stick to a list more to keep our food costs down. I still get one or two things off the list.

i do make up a grocery list. But I also stray from the list. Like i know that every week i get my husband yogurt, but i don't necessarily write that down. Or today I bought some cheesecake, not on my list, but i couldn't pass it up.
