Xander has been really emotional lately. He will cry over anything and everything.

IS this normal for boys? I know it is, is for girls. But I am not sure on boys.

How much is he talking? If he's not overly talkative then I would say its just his way of getting his point across.

He seems to be out of it.

He talks somewhat but I can't seem to understand him all the time. It must have been just the week last week he is much better this week.
