Usually I do. I've been trying to lose weight for years and eat healthier, and I know that eating breakfast is a VERY important part of setting up your body to face the day. Usually I drink a diet coke and have cereal though. Before Brennan was born it was water only, but now that I get no sleep, I need the caffeine. For cereal, I try to stick with healthy options, Kashi, or Fiber one, I measure it out so I am eating only 1 serving etc.
