Any suggestions for my super gassy baby? I've had him on a few different formulas and am currently using GoodStart (the cultures one). I just picked up a can of Enfamil Gentle-ease to try and am hoping that helps. I dont' think it's a bottle issue as we have many different kinds.

Make sure you're burping at least twice with each feeding. Once during and once after. You can also give Mylicon orally before each feeding. It seems to work a lot better that way. Beyond that you may need a sensitive formula or even a different brand entirely. It could take a week or two to really know if a new formula is genuinely helping. If he uses a pacifier he may also be sucking air with that and giving himself gas that way.

He loves his paci....I'm not sure I could get it away from him lol. I burp very often...sometimes he won't give them up but usually he's pretty good at burping for me.

Try the Mylicon before each feeding and see if that helps. If it does then it's likely a burping issue. If not then it's more likely to be the pacifier or probably the formula.

Yeah I would try Mylicon. It is said you can put it in the bottle or give it orally, but I have heard orally works better.

Gentlease helped my daughter's gas! I hope it works out for you... let us know how it goes!

Gentlease has been my Godsend with both of my boys! Mylicon orally works better because they're getting it straight rather than diluted.
