I had a breast reduction and cannot breastfeed. I've gained 33 lbs this pregnancy and just want it OFF.

Can you please share how long it took, if you went straight to formula or if you were just supplementing?

I could really use some encouragement. thanks.

I gained 40lbs with my daughter. She was formula fed from the start. It took just under 3 months to lose the 40lbs (25lbs came off in 6 weeks with NO effort) and I lost 15lbs by the time she was 4.5 months.
This time I've gained 52lbs with my son (have 5 days left) and I hope to have the same results.

You CAN do it!!!

I tried to nurse, but she ended up supplementing and completely formula fed in under 2 weeks. I gained 15 pounds and lost 20 right away. It's just the way my body works though. The extra lost comes back, just for some reason it sheds.

I did not gain much weight from severe sickness (HG). But, the weight that I did gain fell off in the first few weeks. With in two months I would say.

You can do it! As long as you stay active and get SLEEP!!! Sleep is a key ingredient to loosing the baby weight.... ironic isn't it?!? LOL

I breastfed the first two months PP and didn't lose nore than a few pounds. I weighed 148 at the time I gave birth, lost 18 lbs after giving birth and now I'm at 125. It's coming off verrry slow! I hate it.

Well, I only BF for two weeks and we are now on formula. But, I had lost all of the baby weight + 2 lbs by the two week point. That said, I only gained a total of 16 pounds the whole pregnancy.
