how many scoops of formula you've put in a bottle while you're making it? I'm pretty sure I've probably made a few bottles with one too few or one too many scoops before. You wouldn't think it would be that hard to count to 4, lol.

i ususally full the 3 section travel cup then make it from that.

Sometimes i forget how much water i need for the amount of scoops in there and I have to dump it out and remeasure and sometimes i forget what measurements on the side of the bottle to use. I use the playtex drop ins right now and the walmart brand liners are 8oz to the rim while the playtex expandable liners are 10oz to the liner

I've used the 8 oz. liners instead of the expandable ones before and I didn't realize it until I had already done it several times. Whoops!

LOL. I haven't forgotten but I have knocked the entire bottle over while putting the scoops in. And A few times I have gone to shake the bottle without the lid on all the way....always makes a nice mess.

Yes! I use those little travel formula holders even at home, so when I'm actually making a bottle I just dump the pre-measured amount in so I'm good there. But I still have to scoop the correct amount of formula into the container compartments. I try to do it in the morning when I'm least brain dead, but I still have to literally count out loud or I lose track!
