So i'm a newbie to bottle feeding. Teddy had a bottle maybe 4 times a week before, so it really didn't matter what we used. I just fed him with the medela storage bottles that came with my breast pump.

Now that hes on formula, i notice hes a little gassier. I picked up an Avent and a Dr. Brown's this morning to try. We also have playtex ventaire... but he just plays with that one andd we don't get anywhere.

What brand is your LO's favorite?

Emersyn seems happy enough with the cheapo 3-for-$12 tommee tippee bottles from the supermarket... From memory Gaby was the same - I started with Avent, but ended up changing them at 6 months because she didn't really seem to like them

We just used the Parents Choice ones from Walmart for a while and also the playtex drop-ins. When he started drinking 8 oz. we started using the 11 oz. Avent bottles and I like those a lot, but they can leak on occasion.

We have only ever used Dr. Brown's. Other than they're a pain in the butt to wash with all the parts, we love them. E has never had gas problems, not sure if it's bc of the Dr. Browns or just because she's not a gassy girl. KUP. Hope one of the brands you picked up works for you and Teddy.

We use Gerber GentleFlow bottles, they are pretty much exactly the same as Avent but they are a little cheaper. Sam has never been picky with bottles so they work just fine for us.

Avent is the winner! I can now get Teddy to drink so much more.

I'll have to look into these gerber ones though. I only have 1 avent bottle, and they are pricey.

He hated the dr. brown's. Acted like he was drowning.
