you could give it a little time, maybe up to week and see what happens or probably what I would do is switch to a gentle formula, something a bit easier on the belly maybe. I am pretty sure Parents Choice has a gentle version. Good luck!!

I would give it a little more time but try something else soon if she keeps spitting up. You could try a genle formula or you could also try a formula with added rice starch. Parents Choice has one. We use Enfamil AR, and I think there's Similac Sensitive for Spit Up, too. The Enfamil AR basically resolved our reflux issues. It would be similar to adding rice cereal to the formula, but instead of the whole grain of the ceral it has just the starch and it's evenly distributed throughout the formula. Once swallowed, it expands in the tummy and helps the formula stay down.

More frequent burping (maybe every oz. or 1.5 oz.) and keeping him inclined after feedings seemed to help a little bit for us too.

We're having the same issue. Ben is on Good Start gentle and I'm thinking about switching him to Gentle Plus or back to Parent's Choice if things don't improve by the end of the month. We know he's got some mild reflux issues and spit up is only part of the issue. We're also dealing with one GASSY baby! So stinky too!

I think I remember Jacob's pedi saying to give it about two weeks to a month to find out if its going to work or not. We had very good luck with Similac and PC formula with Jacob. Ben seems to tolerate PC well, but MIL bought a ton of Good Start for us for some reason (didn't ask what we used) so we're attempting that.
