Adriauna started eating solids a little over a month ago. We started her on the rice cereal and then a few weeks later, she started to not like it. So we started her on all the Gerber 1st foods for dinner. I figured I could move her cereal to breakfast so she would be hungry enough to eat it. She still refused and so I bought oatmeal for breakfast instead and again she ate it for a couple weeks and is now refusing it. How can I help her get the iron she needs? I breastfeed without supplementing.

Thanks!

Have you tried mixing it with fruit? Xan would not eat the rice cereal but he would eat the oatmeal or mixid cereal that is mixed with fruit that you get in a jar.

I mix mine with a splash of apple juice - just enough to give it some flavor otherwise it kinda reminds me of eating paste.

Ya, that's what I do to apple juice, and I also put in chiken veg for her lunch or dinner.
