I've been using Similac with iron formula with my 2.5 month old and it's very foamy when I shake it (I can't stri cause it won't dissolve properly). I'm concerened that the air bubble increase the amount of gas my boy has. Can anybody tell my why this happens, and if there is a way around this? I spent 1 hour tonight mixing fomula pouring it into a measuring cup, then pouring the foam in 1 bottle then pouring the rest of the mix into the bottles I will use to feed him. THIS DROVE ME NUTS!!!

Please help!

Similac made Aryan fussy and gassy too, any way you can switch formulas? Usually the first few months/weeks of life is used to figure out what formula works best for your child. We tried Similac, Enfamil and goodstart. Settled on goodstart. Each child is different. Good luck finding what works for you.
