I also recently started giving flax as a supplement, it's supposed to have a natural laxative effect. It's okay for non-constipated babies, but just a little tip, too soon to tell how much it's helping.

Thanks for the articles. Kyla is breastfed and since we've introduced some solids, she's become constipated. I think it's very interesting that applesauce can cause this, I would've thought the opposite. So I'll add more of the "P" foods, peaches, prunes, pears, peas and hopefully that'll help her out!
