I made this for Ava the other day, and she LOVED it. It's so simple too!

1 bag of frozen vegetables - simmer then in a pan of water until they are warm and mushy
1-handful of pasta - cook in water. I added a few extra minutes to the coking time so it'd be really soft.
Chicken Stock - (low sodium!)

I combined all these ingredients in the blender, pureed it all up, and served it to Ava warm. She gobbled it down! And it smelled delicious when i was cooking it. Who doesn't love the smell of soup?!

*just a thought though. Ava broke out in a rash a few days after eating this. The doctor and i think it might be from the corn in the mixed veggies i used. If thats something that concerns you, you might want to find a bag that doesnt contain corn!

Enjoy!

(And Dee, I'll try to post here more often. I LOVE making baby food. I have a whole huge book full of recipees!)

Hi Dee!
Oh, duh! I didn't realize there was a recipe forum. Opps!
I have a whole book full of tempting recipes for baby food. I was just looking through it last night. I'm thinking about stocking up and making a whole bunch of food in the next week or so. If i have any luck, i'll post about it!
Right now i mostly just take a cube of this or a cube of that and mix it together, and thats her meal. KWIM? The soup was the first all in one 'meal' i actually made her.
