I made this for Ava the other day, and she LOVED it. It's so simple too!
1 bag of frozen vegetables - simmer them in a pan of water until they are warm and mushy
1-handful of pasta - cook in water. I added a few extra minutes to the cooking time so it'd be really soft.
Chicken Stock - (low sodium!)
I combined all these ingredients in the blender, pureed it all up, and served it to Ava warm. She gobbled it down! And it smelled delicious when i was cooking it. Who doesn't love the smell of soup?!
*just a thought though. Ava broke out in a rash a few days after eating this. The doctor and i think it might be from the corn in the mixed veggies i used. If thats something that concerns you, you might want to find a bag that doesnt contain corn!
