At first i just thought it was a heat rash, but then it hasn't gone away. He is on day 3 of baby food apples and cherries. He has had apples alot, so if it is an allergic reaction it would be cherries. does this look like an allergic reaction to you? He does have a cold too, but not no fever, just a little congested and coughing some. The rash is on his back only btw... Uggh...i just don't know. He seems fine for the most part though

It does look like an allergic reaction but I don't know that it's a food allergy.

The only way to find out is no more cherries, let the rash clear up and then try the cherries again in a couple weeks and see how he does. Good luck!
