My daughters pediatrician said I could start my 4 month old on solids. He said to go right to peaches, prunes and yellow vegtables. I have been trying to give them to her but she won't even eat them. I tried giving her rice a couple times and she started to eat some however I think it binded her up even worse then she already is. Any suggestions on how I can get her to eat them and if I should not listen to the doctor and wait to give her veggies and fruits? The main reason I think he wants me to start them is cause shes so constipated.
