Hi Ladies....This is my first time checking in on this board but I just have a question. My LO is almost 9 months old and has Nooooooo Interest in solid's. It's taken me forever to get her to eat. Her tounge thrust didn't go away till she was almost 7 months so Ive been trying foods since then. She was eating a little for a couple weeks but now she wants nothing to do with anything! She will Literally lock her mouth shut when I get a spoon near it. My doc said it's ok cause they still get a lot of nutrition from her bottle ( she's on half BM and half Formula ) and not to worry about it. I guess It's just frustrating cause every baby I know is already on "our" food and tons of different kinds of solids. Did anyone have this problem or know of anyone who did?? Ive started her on the mesh feeder to kinda get her used to food and she rarely takes that. Ive put in Ice cubes in it and peaches but thats all that she'll take.

I just wanted to let you know you aren't alone! I am in the same boat and it is really frustrating. My instinct is telling me that he will warm to solids when he is good and ready!
