I made this today for Katie's lunch


pasta rings( look like spaghettio's)
some chicken stock . low sodium (just enough to cover ingredients, not "soupy")
frozen carrots...cooked and diced
no salt added peas
a few cannellini beans

this was a big hit...she had some of my home made chicken soup the other night,so I figured I'd try something a little different for her.

it is quick and easy..... give it a try!

sounds yummy. i wish i was a SAHM so i could make her all these yummy things.

make it up on a big batch and put it in freezer bags for when you need it.
it really doesnt take long at all !
