I read an article in a magazine (which I don't remember which magazine it was right now - of course) that said some fish are good to start at 6+ months - like canned salmon, for example, because of the healthy omega 3 fatty acids. Has anyone started any fish? How do you prepare and serve it to your LO?

I gave Lily some salmon that was baked a few nights ago. She really liked it!

We have given Corin tuna - mixed in with veggies and pasta to make tuna casserole

i dont eat fish so i would not be cooking it for dylan but i might think about buying a few jars just to see how he takes to it

I dont eat fish either so i doubt i will be making fish for Noah anytime soon or ever.
