Lily is just over 7 months, she is on stage 2 fruits and vegetables. We started cereal at 5 months and the fruits and veggies at 6. My question is this.... how much should she eat a day?

Presently we do two tbsp of cereal with 1/2 the 4oz jar of fruit for breakfast. We do 2 tbsp cereal and 1/2 jar or veggies for lunch, and she gets 4 tbsp of cereal with 1/2 jar fruit and a 1/2 jar of veggies for dinner. Is that too much, too little?

When do we start meats and some of the babyfood has rice in it or noodles, when does she get stuff like that? I'm so clueless as to what she can and can not have and how much of stuff to get her....

I need help!!!!!

Thank you!!!!!!
-Christine

As long as its stage 2 she can have whatever she wants in that stage. I know Ty liked the ones that were a fruit or veggie mixed with meat cause the meat by itself is nasty. I honestly dont remember how much I used to feed Ty at that age. I just feed him til he was full. Check out Gerber.com. They have feeding plans for all the ages of babies. Good info there. HTH.
