Ok Ladies I have a question.....already... My LO just started rice cereal about two weeks ago, and before that she had at least 2 BM a day. Once I started cereal she started having one big one every morning. I know it starts to change consitancy and frequency. She loves her cereal, takes the spoon fabulously and all that good stuff, but she hasn't had a BM since the day before yesterday.... in the AM..... Is that normal? When should i worry? AND what can i do? She is gassier, but nothin gas drops a couple times a day can't help. I would love to hear some advice.... I've heard Oatmeal cereal isn't as binding....Ideas?

It's normal for infants to go 2-3 days between bowel movements.

How old is your little one?

My baby also has one big BM a day, and she's gone a day without one before. My doctor said she's not considered constipated unless its been more than 3 days and no BM.
