my dd is so picky when it comes to solids
i'v tried almost everything but the only thing she likes is macaroni and cheese and cereal. but even cereal i have to force her now bcoz i think she's gettin tired of it
she's 11 months and only eats 1 x day and sometimes 2 and rest of the day its just formula
any suggestions on wut i can try
Have you tried any finger foods? Would she perhaps eat more efficiently if she had the opportunity to feed herself? I only ask because my little girl is 9 months and seems to be becoming more independent and wanting to feed herself - despite not quite having the pincer grip in order to do so effectively!
You know she likes pasta and you know she likes cheese, so there are 2 foods you could adapt. Or add veggies & meat to it in order to "break free" of the one dish?
You say she mostly eats once per day, do you still offer her foods the other 2 meals? Even things like chunks of soft fruit & veggies? Just so she is in the routine of 3 meals per day?
