What foods do you offer your little ones as snacking foods?

I mainly offer Kirsty bread, toast, cubes/sticks of fruit or veg. Sometimes baby rice cakes/crisps.

Brianna is on the cherrio bandwagon. We also do avocado and banana. What veggies do you offer?

How does she do with the cheerios? I keep wondering about them, but Kirsty still seems to think at times she can just swallow without chewing

I offer any veggies really! Kirsty's favourite is broccoli!

We used to break her cherrios into two pieces because she wouldn't chew, but she has the hang of them now, and kind of gums them to death (she only has two teeth). Do you just steam all her veggies before giving them to her?

Yup, I steam everything then give it to her in wee chunks. She is still a little wary of picking foods up and eating by herself though, she's getting there!

We do pb crackers, string cheese, apples, cereal (kix, cheerios, chex, etc), graham crackers, tomatoes, and sometimes applesauce or yogurt - those are his favorite snacks!
