There are no food allergies on either my or my DH side, so I'm wondering how careful do I need to be about LO eating off our plates? Obviously, we'd only let him eat soft foods, but what about cheese? How old does he need to be before he can try cheese?
How old is your LO? As long as it's not soft cheese, I personally, would allow him to try the foods you eat! Kirsty has cheese both in her cooked foods and as grated/chunks for finger foods. I am no expert but I would be wary of using soft cheeses... however, my Health Visitor 2 weeks said it's fine for them to have cheese spread (like dairylea if you get that where you are?), e.g. on toast or bread.
