These general guidelines will help you plan meals during this stage. Every baby is different and your little one will let you know how much she needs to eat. She'll also eat different amounts on different days. Print out this guide and post it on your refrigerator for reference.
Feeding Guidelines (approximate amounts per day)
Breast milk or formula (20-24 oz. in 4 feedings fed with meals or in-between)
Stage 1, 2 & 3 or Beech-Nut First Advantage:
Cereal (8-10 Tbsp. or 1 oz.*)
Fruit (1-2 ˝ jars or 6-15 oz.)
Vegetable (1 jar or 6 oz.)
Meat (1 jar or 2 ˝ oz.)
Dinner (1 jar or 6 oz.)
Dessert (1 jar or 6 oz.) – optional
Juice (1 serving or 4 oz.) – optional

Fruit (6 oz.)
Meat (2 ˝ oz.)
Vegetable (4-6 oz.)

1 serving Fruit or Juice (4 oz.) – juice optional
