I am feeding my 6.5 month old son vegetables that I made myself. He eats jarred fruits because I find it is not as cheap to make my own fruits. Anyways, I made my food in the blender and the only thing that he likes to eat is the sweet potato because of its creamy texture. The rest of the food I made (carrots, turnip, broccoli) he won't eat because the texture is not smooth. He has eaten the carrots, but every once in awhile he will spit it out because it is too chunky for him.
Does anyone have any advice on what to do about this? On how to make it smoother with just a regular blender?
THANKS!

Do you have a food processer?
That would probly work better then a blender. You could prolly get one at wal mart for a decent price..
*hugs* hope you get it working and he eats better for you!

I do! Next time I make something, I will use that. Thanks for the advice. What sort of setting should I put it on?
