I know we all get told something different from a parent or a doctor or friends but I was just curious as to what everyone actually did or will be doing with their babies!

We started Dylan at a week before 4 months.

We started Aiden just a week or so before he was 4 months too. He was in the 35 percentile of weight gain for his age and the doctor was a bit concerned so he recommended he eat fruits and veggies and cereal. Although, we had been adding some cereal to his bottle since he was 2 months just trying to keep the weight up...that was doctor recommended as well.

I trusted my doc who said to wait till 6 months, but decided to start cereal only a week after he turned 5 months so we would have lots of time to experiement and take it slow.

Thank you Rawisner for the Siggy!

I started Lauren around 5 months. Her doc told me to try around 4 months but she just wasn't interested. She was born 6 weeks early so I try not to rush her. She hated rice cereal so I gave (and still give) her baby oatmeal with fruit mixed in. She's a big eater.
