i just started making my own baby food. i know how to steam and bake foods, but i'm not sure which to do. i baked some sweet potatoes, apples, and pears.... but i want to add peaches and plumbs (dr's orders) to her diet, i'm just not sure how to make them. do i make them the same as apples and such? and as for frozen fruits and veggies, whenever i use them, what do i do to prepare them?

I have a book titles Simply Natural baby Food. Looking at the fruit recipes, there's absolutely nothing to making baby food consists of fruit as you just need to mash the fruit and serve. Best for the fruit to be soft and ripe of coirse for easier mashing. Just put whatever the fruit is in a bender or processor. If you cannot find fresh veggies anf fruit and only have the option to use frozen then you wait till they thaw and do the same thing. There's nothing to it it seems from what my book states.
