I think that sounds fine. Dylan seemed to want more than that once he started getting veggies and fruits. I think within a week he was getting lunch and dinner of the same veggie until we went through all of the veggies and then we added in a new fruit for breakfast every 3 days or so. BUt we bypassed cereal because of him throwing up on it. HTH
I agree--sounds great. You will find what works for you and your baby when it comes to foods and how often and how much to feed! Sounds like you have a great idea as to how to start! Let us know how she liked the sweet potatoes--Troy loves em!
sounds like a great way to start. once you get more meals going, my doc said she reccommends cereal twice a day. but that gets easier when they eat more, cause you can give them a bit of cereal with some veg or fruit etc all in the same meal.
