Okay, sorry if this is a stupid question, but I just want to make sure of something..
Right now, Mikayla is on carrots, her first food.. I was just wondering if when we get along to fruits, do we keep her on veggies too? I wasn't really sure because of the whole testing to see if they're allergic thing..
Also, for baby apple juice, do you keep it in the fridge also for a max of 3 days or can it sit longer?

Once you have tried a food and there are no allergies or reactions, you can continue it even when you try fruits or other types of cereal. As for the juice, mine stays in longer than 3 days--don't know how long, but definitely over 3!
BTW--love your siggy--I just did those lyrics and a pic of my sis and niece for her bday--made her cry!!
I went through all the veggies first, and then began introducing fruits and by that time he was able to eat a bit more, so I would give him some veggies and fruits in the same meal.
I dont know how long juice is good for. I am a no juice for the first year momma. But I have read that baby juice is the same thing as adult juice so I would imagine its good for a long time in the fridge, but if it were me, I would call the 1-800 # on the jar just to find out how long.
Once you try out a food for several days and the reaction is good you can add another food (but you can still feed the previous food as well). If they have a reaction you know it is from the most recently added food (since they were fine on the ones before).
