Rebekah loves to share this with me. but I see the sell baby yogurt. Is there something in those that makes it better for baby. i am thinking maybe the whole milk, but not sure. Or is there something in the regular yogurt she should not have? Thanks!

baby yogurt is made with whole milk. babies need the fat in their diet. a taste of your adult yogurt won't hurt her, but if you want to give her her own portion, whole milk yogurt is recommended.
