My sis had the same problem. It was like my niece knew that juice was cup and milk was bottle. It's still early, and it takes awhile to get them to transition to a cup completely, so patience is key. My niece is 13 months old and still gets 3 bottles a day so that she will get her milk. Just keep trying the sippy cup with milk and it will happen--the ped told my sis to try to be off the bottle by 18 months
I think I would stick with it and try to give her a sippy cup first and obviously if she doesnt take that give her the bottle. You definately want to make sure she is getting enough milk too though. She may go back to bottles though for a while especially with the change of a new baby but I would just be persistent with the sippy cup.
